I will not be biased towards others or allow personal bias to interfere with my work.

 I will take pride in my work and be open to criticism and critique, even if I disagree. I will honor the First Amendment by respecting every opinion and expression.

I will treat co-workers and superiors with respect and gratitude.

 I will take responsibility for my mistakes, learn from them and not be afraid to reach out for help.

I will always show up to work with a positive attitude and take every opportunity to learn and become a better employee. I will do this by working hard and not falling victim to the temptation of shortcuts.

I will never use power to manipulate others in the workplace or life.

I will challenge myself to be a better employee and uphold my credibility by ensuring my work is thorough. I will reach out for peer reviews and double-check my job to check for accuracy, validity and reliability.

I will deny falsehoods to protect my company’s and my reputation and respect information that is proven to be correct and truthful.


MY CONSCIENCE
